If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at info@arnelamade.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We are here to help!

If your earrings are damaged upon delivery or you have an issue please contact us at info@arnelamade.com. 

Shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order is shipped via USPS. 

Arnela Made Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to provide a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. If you never received your package please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you.
